Annual Rent and Allocation Fees
Annual rent starts with a USD amount based on the complete account-name length. The quote converts that USD amount to NEAR at execution through the rate oracle, with the applicable bounds and slippage protections. A TLA’s product category can then apply its multiplier.

The existing product categories remain: Legendary uses a 5x multiplier, Premium uses 3x, and Standard uses 1.5x. Public Goods / Community treatment remains an intentional product policy. These category rules may be updated separately from the contract’s USD base bands.
